TGI Fridays Service Style Leadership: Crucial Guest Conversations
At TGI Fridays, I developed a scenario-branching, video-based eLearning course for our Restaurant Managers to assist them with Crucial Guest Conversations. This course was created using Lectora for programming, Photoshop and Illustrator for design, and Final Cut Pro for video production. The combination of these tools resulted in an engaging and interactive learning experience that effectively equipped managers with the skills needed for handling important guest interactions.
